Fridays, 28 January – 11 February 2022
Amp up your online presence and (ultimately) sell more tickets to your events with this short course. Develop your marketing knowledge and skills for using your social media presence in the most impactful way.
Gravity & Levity Marketing Manager, Elise Phillips, will lead you through 3x 90-minute online sessions that cover everything you need to know about social media marketing. Time for Q&A at the end of each session gives you the space to ask questions that relate to your personal practice and business needs. Sessions will be made available to attendees on-demand until 28 February 2022.
Session 1: Social Media 101 – What Is It, Why Use It
We’ll go back to basics and consider what social media marketing for aerialists is, the benefits of using each platform and which free online tools can help you create and deliver engaging content to your audiences.
Session 2: Social Media 102 – Top 10 Tips for Creating Great Social Content
These pointers give you a framework to lean on, making it easier to create engaging social media marketing content on a regular basis. Do these things consistently and you’ll know your brand better, be creating expert content, and have something to refer back to if you ever get stuck.
Session 3: Social Media 103 – Getting More Out of Your Content
So you’re creating a great range of content, your online presence is looking amazing, but do your audience agree? You need to keep an eye on what works and what doesn’t to make sure your content reaches the people you want it to reach and that your efforts are being poured into the most effective places. We’ll look at what to keep track of, investment, and tracking your progress over time, so you can focus your precious time and keep developing your audience relationships.
Friday 28 January – Social Media 101
Friday 4 February – Social Media 102
Friday 11 February – Social Media 103
Each session will be hosted online using Zoom from 2-3.30pm.
You’ll have time to digest everything you learn and practise applying it between each weekly session. Bring any questions that come up to the next session.
Can’t make these times but still want to level up for social media marketing? Purchase an On Demand Only ticket to get access to each session recording until 28 February 2022. You won’t be able to participate in the Q&A sections, but there will undoubtedly be great questions asked and useful solutions found that will be valuable whenever you’re watching.
